EpiCentre participation at event to mark completion of INTERREG IIIA E-mail

On 6th November 2008 EpiCentre was pleased to participate at an event to mark the successful completion of the INTERREG IIIA Cross Border Programme 2003-2008. The event, organised by North West Region Cross Border Group, took place at An Grianan Hotel County Donegal and was hosed by Paul Clark from UTV. A selection of projects including EpiCentre were showcased at the event.

ISRC Research Project Gets £1.5m Funding Boost E-mail

 

The Intelligent Systems Research Centre at the Magee Campus of the University has been successful in winning over £1.5 million in research funding to consolidate its research into brain modelling and develop a new Computational Neuroscience Research Team.

Foyle MP and MLA Mark Durkan Visit E-mail

 

Foyle MP and MLA Mark Durkan has said the cross-border region of the North West has great potential to develop a 'Knowledge Corridor' of top-class projects which could bring many benefits. He's been speaking after accompanying the chairperson of Ilex, Sir Roy McNulty, on a tour of the University of Ulster Magee campus.
