Mr Fergus Begley, Engineering Manager EpiCentre
Mr Fergus Begley has recently been appointed to the role of Engineering Manager of EpiCentre, based at the Intelligent Systems Research Centre on the Magee Campus. EpiCentre is a technology and innovation centre, creating managed workspace that provides industry and entrepreneurs with access to specialist equipment and expertise, in an environment that that helps stimulate creativity and development of new ideas.
Fergus is a graduate of UUJ (BEng) and QUB (MSc Polymer Science) and has over 15 years industrial experience across many business sectors working for companies such as Seagate, B9 Energy, N.I.H.E., Du Pont and Perfecseal. Much of his time was spent in customer facing engineering roles and business development.
